The decision was recently made to have NE 9th Avenue be the connecting street for the Lloyd to Woodlawn Neighborhood Greenway. Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will be constructing a neighborhood greenway on NE 9th between NE Tillamook and NE Holman and also working to ensure a safer experience for people traveling on NE 7th.
